Refund Policy

Final legal copy pending counsel review. The text below is a placeholder summary so partners (Razorpay, Google Play, the bureau, the App Store) have a stable URL to point at while we finalise wording with our counsel.

1. Free features

Score tracking, monthly refreshes, and bureau-report viewing are free of charge. There is nothing to refund.

2. Paid subscriptions

Our paid AI coaching plan is sold as a subscription. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refund window

We honour a goodwill refund within 7 days of the original charge if you have not consumed the AI plan output. Email support@boostscore.ai to request a refund. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5-7 working days.

4. Cashback adjustments

Cashback amounts that have already been credited to your linked account are not reversible. Pending cashback may be voided if the underlying transaction is reversed by the bank or merchant.
